1. Introduction 1.1. The
"Cafe Voucher Online Competition" (hereinafter referred to as the
"Competition") is organized and conducted by Knox Chiropractic &
Wellness (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

By participating in the Competition, the entrant agrees to comply with these
Terms and Conditions and any other rules or guidelines set forth by the
Organizer.

2. Eligibility 2.1. The
Competition is open to all residents of Australia who are 18 years old or above
at the time of entry.

2.2.
Employees, agents, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not
eligible to participate in the Competition.

3. How to Enter 3.1. The
Competition entry period will be specified in the promotional materials or
website announcement.

To enter the Competition, participants must complete the following steps: a)
Visit the Organizer's official website or the designated competition landing
page. b) Fill out the entry form with the required personal information,

4. Prize 4.1. The prize
for the Competition is a cafe voucher worth AUD 100 (Australian Dollars).

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form

If the selected winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the

The winner grants the Organizer permission to use their name, likeness, and
city of residence for promotional purposes without any compensation.

8. General Terms 8.1. The
Organizer's decision regarding all matters related to the Competition is final
and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the
Competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

8.3.
Participants shall indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from and against
any and all losses, damages, liabilities, claims, or expenses arising out of
their participation in the Competition.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance
with the laws of Australia.

8.5.
Any disputes arising in connection with the Competition shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read and
